Time for some exclusive video creepiness courtesy of the new flick 388 Arletta Avenue. Be warned that you may never want to check your mailbox again. Though maybe if you’re nutty enough, this kind of thing would be right up your alley! Dig it!

Look for the film to be available nationwide On Demand beginning May 15th, 2012, with limited midnight theatrical releases starting May 18th.

Randall Cole (Real Time, 19 Months) directed the flick. Nick Stahl (Sin City, “Carnivale”, Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines, Mirrors 2), Mia Kirshner (“The Vampire Diaries,” “The L Word,” The Black Dahlia), and Devon Sawa (Final Destination, Idle Hands) star; and Steve Hoban (Splice, Ginger Snaps) and Mark Smith (The Spine) produced.

James and Amy live a quiet life in their suburban home on Arletta Avenue — but someone is watching them. With concealed cameras capturing every angle of their world, a faceless voyeur begins to manipulate the couple, subtly at first, but culminating in Amy’s sudden and unexplained disappearance. With all visible evidence pointing to James himself as the culprit, he soon makes a lot of enemies, the least of whom being his frantic sister-in-law.
