Trailer: Kevin Smith’s Upcoming Horror-Comedy Anthology KILROY WAS HERE Looks Creepy AF

During a panel at Comic-Con@Home this weekend, Kevin Smith shared the trailer for his upcoming horror-comedy anthology Kilroy Was Here. Give it a spin and read more about the upcoming release below.

Smith directs Kilroy Was Here from a screenplay he co-wrote with Andrew McElfresh; the film stars Azita Ghanizada, Ryan O’Nan, Harley Quinn Smith, Chris Jericho, Jason Mewes, Ralph Garman, and Justin Kucsulain. There isn’t a release date at this time, but Smith his hoping Kilroy Was Here will see the light of day in late 2020. We’ll keep you posted.

According to Wikipedia, “‘Kilroy was here’ is an American symbol that became popular during World War II, typically seen in graffiti. Its origin is debated, but the phrase and the distinctive accompanying doodle became associated with GIs in the 1940s: a bald-headed man (sometimes depicted as having a few hairs) with a prominent nose peeking over a wall with his fingers clutching the wall.”
