HOCUS POCUS Hits 4K Ultra HD This September

Disney will release Hocus Pocus with Bette Midler, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Kathy Najimy on 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and Digital on September 15th.

Directed by Kenny Ortega from a screenplay written by Neil Cuthbert and Mick Garris the film co-stars Omri Katz, Thora Birch, and Vinessa Shaw.
After moving to Salem, Mass., teenager Max Dennison explores an abandoned house with his sister Dani and their new friend, Allison. After dismissing a story Allison tells as superstitious, Max accidentally frees a coven of evil witches who used to live in the house. Now, with the help of a magical cat, the kids must steal the witches’ book of spells to stop them from becoming immortal.
The film sports a 34% approval rating over on Rotten Tomatoes with a Critics Consensus that reads: Harmlessly hokey yet never much more than mediocre, Hocus Pocus is a muddled family-friendly effort that fails to live up to the talents of its impressive cast.
