Trailer: Spooky Modern Gothic PLAYHOUSE Snags Distro

Ahead of its premiere during the online Marché du Film festival (June 22nd through 26th), Devilworks has snagged distribution rights for Playhouse, a spooky modern Gothic steeped in supernatural horror tropes. Give the trailer a spin and read more about Playhouse below.

Synopsis:
Playhouse centers on a notorious horror writer who moves into an ancient castle with his teenage daughter to work on his next play, only to face terrifying consequences when she falls prey to a supernatural evil lurking in the castle walls.

Playhouse is directed by Fionn Watts and Toby Watts; the film stars Eilidh McLaughlin, Helen Mackay, and William Hols.
