Bai Ling & Ron Jeremy Added to Cast of THE TRUE TALE OF OLE SPLITFOOT VS. THE LESBIAN WARRIOR NUNS OF THE GREAT WHITE NORTH

*UPDATE: Following Ron Jeremy’s arrest for sexual assault, this production was put on indefinite hiatus. You can read the full statement from producers, HERE.

Last week, we brought you the first teaser trailer for The True Tale of Ole Splitfoot vs. The Lesbian Warrior Nuns of the Great White North, an upcoming horror-comedy from Horror-Fix Pictures in partnership with Silver Compass Studios. If you missed it, check it out below.

Synopsis:
Sometimes the fate of the world rests in the hands of an order of warrior nuns posing as strippers at a rural Canadian Gentleman’s Club. Set in a remote Canadian town, whose only industry is the local maple syrup processing plant, a group of lesbian warrior nuns, posing as strippers, stand guard, vigilant; the last defense against the hordes of Satan. Late one chilly, northern night strip club The Beaver Dam! becomes the final battleground for the forces of good and evil to go head to head as a young mother frantically looks to protect her child from certain damnation!

The footage showcases Kaylee Williams as CeCe, the film’s lead. When approached about working with Kaylee and the challenges of capturing the film’s tone, co-writer and executive producer Ash Hamilton commented, “First of all, shooting ANYTHING in this era of COVID compliancy is challenging. We were lucky enough to observe social distancing while still getting some great footage and Kaylee was instrumental to that. Her enthusiasm and instincts were exactly what was needed”.

Today brings word that Bai Ling and Ron Jeremy have joined the cast of The True Tale of Ole Splitfoot vs. The Lesbian Warrior Nuns of the Great White North. Horror fans will remember Ling from The Crow. Jeremy appeared in Bloody Bloody Bible Camp, but he’s mostly known for making films of another genre (you know what we’re talking about!).

Horror-Fix reports:

“These new additions to the cast join Michael Paré, Robert Lasardo, Bishop Stevens, Kaylee Williams, Jeanne Young, Julie Anne Prescott, Rebecca Rinehart, Max Koch, Katie Schooley, and more. The film starts principal shooting this November, anticipating a second-quarter 2021 release.”
