Last week, Legendary hosted a Monsterverse Watchalong featuring 2014’s Godzilla, Kong: Skull Island, and Godzilla: King of the Monsters. During the live event, rare Godzilla and Kong concept art was shared and discussed. Godzilla vs Kong, the next (and perhaps last) of Legendary’s forays into the Monterverse, is still slated for US theatrical release beginning November 20th, 2020.
Synopsis:
Fearsome monsters Godzilla and King Kong square off in an epic battle for the ages, while humanity looks to wipe out both of the creatures and take back the planet once and for all.
Godzilla vs Kong is directed by Adam Wingard and stars Eiza González, Millie Bobby Brown, and Rebecca Hall.
