THE NEW MUTANTS: Fans Want Flick Released on Disney+

The New Mutants was recently delayed yet again due to a certain virus. Disney just put out quite a few fresh release dates for postponed films – and New Mutants was nowhere to be seen. As you might imagine, this has gotten quite a few fans up in arms who took to Twitter to try and convince The House of Mouse to just unleash the movie onto Disney+.

New Mutants is directed by Josh Boone and produced by Simon Kinberg, Karen Rosenfelt, and Lauren Shuler Donner from a script by Boone and Knate Lee based on the comic by Chris Claremont and Bob McLeod. It centers on five young mutants, just discovering their abilities while held in a facility against their will, who must fight to escape their sins and save themselves.

It stars Anya Taylor-Joy as Illyana Rasputin / Magik, Maisie Williams as Rahne Sinclair / Wolfsbane, Charlie Heaton as Sam Guthrie / Cannonball, Henry Zaga as Roberto da Costa / Sunspot, Blu Hunt as Danielle Moonstar / Mirage, Alice Braga as Cecilia Reyes, and (maybe) Jon Hamm.
