Writer/director Brea Grant‘s (After Midnight) 12 Hour Shift with Angela Bettis (May, The Woman) will premiere at Tribeca in April. And today Grant took to Twitter to share a first look at the film.

The horror-comedy follows a group of nurses stealing organs and selling them on the black market. It stars Angela Bettis along with David Arquette, Mick Foley, Chloe Farnworth, Kit Williamson, Tara Perry, Brooke Seguin, Dusty Warren, Tom DeTrinis, and Nikea Gamby-Turner.
David Arquette produces the flick along with Christina McLarty Arquette, Matt Glass, Jordan Wayne Long, and Tara Perry. Michael May serves as a co-producer.
