Watch An Ewok Eat A Stormtrooper In Disturbing New Fan Film STAR WARS: ALONE

A new Star Wars fan film called Alone has been released on YouTube, and after watching it, you’ll never look at Ewoks in the same way again. Although there are already a ton of Star Wars fan films on YouTube, this might be one of the creepiest and most disturbing yet. If you have the stomach for it, you can watch Star Wars: Alone in the player below.

The six-minute short takes place immediately after the events of Return of the Jedi, with a lone Stormtrooper known as TK-1138 (a clear reference to George Lucas’ THX 1138) being stranded deep within the Forest Moon of Endor. The six-minute short takes place immediately after the events of Return of the Jedi, with a lone Stormtrooper known as TK-1138 (a clear reference to George Lucas’ THX 1138) being stranded deep within the Forest Moon of Endor. By this point, the Rebels had effectively won the Galactic Civil War, since the Executor and the second Death Star were both completely destroyed, and Darth Vader and Emperor Palpatine had also both been killed. However, those things are the least of this Stormtrooper’s concerns right now. Because the Forest Moon of Endor is home to hungry Ewoks who have a taste for blood, and it looks like he may be on the menu. The unfortunate Stormtrooper even comes across one of the furry beasts eating one of his fallen comrades.

Star Wars: Alone was written and produced by Kevin T Custer for the CineCuster YouTube channel, with James Shi starring as TK-1138. Jon Leyden can also be heard as a voice from his headset, while the Ewok is played by Trish Connolly. Despite the small budget, this short also boasts some impressive visual effects, so Star Wars fans are probably going to love it.

The question of whether the Ewoks actually ate the Stormtroopers at the end of Return of the Jedi has been debated among fans for years. In the final scene, we see the Ewoks celebrating their victory by using Stormtrooper helmets as drums, which implies that the cute furry aliens might indeed have eaten their fallen foes. Which would not be too surprising when you consider that earlier in the film, they nearly barbecued Luke, Han, and Chewie.

However, neither Legends nor canon sources have ever offered a clear answer to this question, although it has been hinted in books and comics that the most likely answer is that the Ewoks probably did devour Stormtroopers after defeating them in battle. For a more detailed analysis on this topic, we recommend this video on the Star Wars Explained YouTube channel.

Considering that the Ewoks were clearly designed to appeal to kids, their apparent lust for human flesh may come as a shocking development to some. So, you might want to think twice before reading The Baby Ewoks’ Picnic Surprise to your kids. Either way, if you’re an older Star Wars fan and you’re not afraid of seeing a more disturbing side to the galaxy far, far away, you might find Alone to be one of the best Star Wars fan films to date.
