First Look: Simon Barrett’s SEANCE With Suki Waterhouse
You’re Next and The Guest and Blair Witch screenwriter Simon Barrett will be making his directorial debut soon with Seance starring Suki Waterhouse, Inanna Sarkis, and Madisen Beaty.

The flick is set in an all-girls boarding school haunted by a vengeful spirit, Waterhouse plays Camille, the new girl at the prestigious Fairfield Academy for Girls, who is drawn into the mystery surrounding a student who died following a seance summoning the legendary Fairfield Ghost. Camille befriends Kerrie’s clique. When they invite her to their next seance, she initially believes that she is being pranked, but then the girls start being killed off one by one. The Fairfield Ghost has come to take its revenge and Camille must turn detective and solve the mystery.

Seance is written and directed by Simon Barrett. Russell Ackerman produced with Tomas Deckaj, John Schoenfelder, and Alex Mace. It stars Suki Waterhouse (The Bad Batch), Inanna Sarkis (Boo 2! A Madea Halloween), and Madisen Beaty (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood).
