The trailer for Antlers, embedded at the top of the article, managed to freak me out completely with only a single word! The film, produced by Guillermo del Toro, will be arriving in US theaters sometime in 2020. Antlers is directed by Scott Cooper and based on the short story “The Quiet Boy” by Nick Antosca.
Synopsis:
A small-town Oregon teacher and her brother, the local sheriff, become entwined with a young student harboring a dangerous secret with frightening consequences.
Antlers stars Keri Russell, Jesse Plemons, and Jeremy T. Thomas.
