TOOL’s Entire Discography Available to Stream for the First Time Ever

Tool rocketed to superstardom in the mid-1990s, just as Napster was paving the way for a digital revolution that would forever change how listeners consume music. Still, the hard rockers remained old-school, resisting trends; none of their tracks or albums have ever been released digitally, meaning if you want a copy of Opiate, Undertow, Ænima, Lateralus, and/or 10,000 Days you have to buy the CD.

Now, as Tool prepares to drop their first album in 13 years (Fear Inoculum will drop on August 30th) we’re getting word that they have (finally) released their entire discography online. Per Loudwire:

In May, the world seemingly stopped when Spotify and Apple Music created Tool profiles on their platforms. There wasn’t any music uploaded to the profiles, but they featured a photo of the band, a brief blurb in the “About” sections and related artists.

You can now listen to them on the streaming service of your choice here.

Are you stoked that you can now listen to Tool digitally? Are you excited to hear their new album later this month? Let us know in the comments below or on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram! You can also carry on the convo with me personally on Twitter @josh_millican.
