ZOMBIELAND: DOUBLE TAP Release Date Postponed but Still Coming This October

The horror/comedy zom-rom (zombie romance) Zombieland was release on October 2nd, 2009. The sequel, Zombieland: Double Tap was slated to hit US theaters on October 11th, 2019, timed to nearly coincide with the original’s 10th anniversary. We’re getting news of a postponement today, but it’s a short one: Double Tap is now slated to hit theaters nationwide on October 18th.

Synopsis:
Columbus, Tallahassee, Wichita, and Little Rock move to the American heartland as they face off against evolved zombies, fellow survivors, and the growing pains of the snarky makeshift family.

Zombieland: Double Tap reunites original cast members Woody Harrelson, Abigail Breslin, Emma Stone, and Jesse Eisenberg. The film also reunites original Zombieland director and scribe, Ruben Fleischer and Rhett Reese respectively.
