By this point, pretty much every single person in the world has watched Avengers: Endgame at least once on the big screen. Even Bruce Campbell is getting in on the action, as he posted a mashup image on Twitter of Ash Williams, the hero he plays in the Evil Dead movies, wielding the Infinity Gauntlet over his severed hand. The image was taken from Army of Darkness, the third film in the trilogy, and was accompanied by the caption ‘Groovy Gauntlet’. Need we say more?

If Ash ever did get ahold of the Infinity Gauntlet, we imagine he would have used it to erase all Deadites from existence, but where would be the fun in that? Considering that Ash also has a reputation for being clumsy, it’s likely he would accidentally cause something to go wrong if he had the power to alter time and reality. So perhaps it’s best that he leaves the Gauntlet to Thanos, and concentrates on killing Deadites with his Boomstick and his trusty chainsaw instead.
Campbell appeared in all three of Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man films, but has yet to appear in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Which is a damn shame, because we’d love to see him show up in an Avengers movie. His awesome chin would probably stop Thanos in his tracks.
The actor will next be seen hosting the upcoming reboot of Ripley’s Believe It or Not!, which premieres next month on the Travel Channel. On the other hand, Avengers: Infinity War will soon surpass $2 billion at the global box office.
