Immediately Following Production Shut Down Announcement, Warner Bros. Share 1st Look at SWAMP THING TV Series

Fans of the more monstrous corners of the DC Comics universe were excited about the upcoming Swamp Thing TV series, and therefore somewhat flummoxed by the news that the production had been abruptly halted and truncated. Warner Bros. pulled the plug, sending cast and crew home early and reducing the number of episodes from 13 to 10. Read more of the details by following the link below.

The Swamp Thing TV series will still be premiering exclusively on DC’s streaming platform beginning May 31st. And, as though countering the negative response to the productions sudden shuddering, producers countered with a “First Look” at the titular Swamp Thing (played by Derek Mears). In addition to Mears, Swamp Thing will star Amber Barnes, Jennifer Beals, and Andy Bean; Len Wiseman directs.
