A couple of weeks back, we brought you the story behind the hit novel from Fangoria, Our Lady of the Inferno. In an article called “Riding the Inferno”, we described how a gig as an extra in a horror flick led writer Preston Fassel to a book dead, a movie deal, and a killer job. If you missed it, catch up by following the link below.
Now, we have even more exciting news to report: Our Lady of the Inferno has been optioned by Mark Alan Miller for an audiobook adaptation, with Barbara Crampton as Nicolette! AV Club broke the news:
Nightbreed: The Director’s Cut producer Mark Alan Miller will spearhead the project through his Encyclopocalypse Publications audiobook imprint, which has previously produced audio editions of everything from collections of “hilariously angry” film reviews to Hellraiser tie-in novels.
There’s no word yet on when the audiobook will be released, but you can still grab a copy of Our Lady of the Inferno on Amazon, HERE. Hurry, though, as the novel is about to sell out for the fourth time!
