THE NEW MUTANTS Star Doesn’t Know “When the F***” We’ll See the Movie

The New Mutants was one of the most hotly-anticipated horror movie releases of 2018—except it was never released. Despite fantastic test screening, producers opted to postpone the movie’s roll-out until 2019. Then they postponed it again. Then came rumors that The New Mutants would be going straight to Netflix. Now, no one, including one of the movie’s stars, seems to know what the film’s status is.
Rolling Stone asked Maisie Williams (who plays Wolfsbane) when fans can expect to see The New Mutants; the actress was blunt—and clearly as frustrated as fans are.
“Who knows when the f*** that’s gonna come out… Hopefully this interview will make everyone hurry up a little bit!”
That’s less than encouraging.
