Mike Mignola and HELLBOY Stars Talk Bringing the Comic to Life in New Featurette
With Neil Marshall’s Hellboy slated to hit US theaters next month expect the excitement surrounding the film to hit a fever pitch in the coming weeks. While many horror fans were disappointed when it was first announced that Guillermo del Toro would not be producing this latest adaptation of Mike Mignola’s series of graphic novels, the trailers have all been top-notch.
And while Ron Perlman was awesome as Hellboy, David Harbour will play a younger, scrappier version of the antihero. Not only that, the scope of Neil Marshall’s Hellboy will be more focused than previous adaptations, sticking primarily to the story arch established in The Wild Hunt.
In a new featurette, Mignola and the stars of the upcoming Hellboy (Harbour, Ian McShane, Milla Jovovich, and Sasha Lane) talk about bringing the comics to life. Give it a spin at the top of the article before checking out the film’s synopsis and trailer below.
Synopsis:
Based on the graphic novels by Mike
Mignola, Hellboy, caught between the worlds of the supernatural and human,
