LIMP BIZKIT Has “Terrible News” to Share

1990’s rap-rock pioneers Limp Bizkit gave their Instagram followers a heads up this yesterday: They have some “terrible news” to share today at 3 PM (though the exact time zone is unknown). Is the band breaking up or is this a joke post meant to troll the band’s haters? Chances are it’s the latter, as the boys have apparently been in the studio for several months working on a new album.

In other Limp Bizkit-related news, we’re still awaiting release information for frontman Fred Durst’s horror movie, Moose, which is supposedly arriving sometime in 2019; the movie stars John Travolta. We’ll keep you posted on all Limp-related news as details emerge. For a deeper dive into what this “terrible news” could be, check out the video at the top of the article from Rock Feed.

Update: I was unable to locate the Instagram post referred to in the video; the band may have deleted it in advance of this afternoon’s announcement. We’ll see.

Update: The “terrible news” turns out to be a $3 show the band is performaing in Hollywood on March 5th. Since this was clearly just a marketing ploy, we didn’t feel it warrented a follow-up article, but you can find out how to attend, HERE.
