Dread Central Presents: THE GOLEM Blu-ray and DVD Artwork Revealed!

On February 5, we will be releasing The Golem, the first in our line of Dread Central Presents Original titles (yes, there are more on the way and that news is coming pretty soon!), on Digital platforms, VOD, Blu-ray, and DVD. As you know, we do our best to make sure each home video release we put out is something you’ll be proud to have on your shelves. Furthermore, we aim to pack our home video releases with plenty of bonus features, including audio commentaries, because we know that spending your hard-earned money on a Blu-ray or DVD means you deserve to get what you invested in.

To that end, we’re here to tell you all about the upcoming home video release of The Golem and what you’ll get on there!

As with our other Blu-ray releases, you’ll get a reversible sleeve with brand new artwork (see below). The audio commentary features directors Yoav and Doron Paz as well as writer Ariel Cohen. There are also deleted scenes, making-of featurettes that go into the film’s soundtrack as well as the film itself, an interview conducted at 2018’s FrightFest, and both the teaser and theatrical trailers.

During an outbreak of a deadly plague, a young woman, Hanna, must save her tight-knit Jewish community from invaders. Turning to Jewish mysticism, she conjures a dangerous entity to protect her and her people. However, the powerful creature she summons may be far more evil than anything she could have ever imagined.

Starring in the film are Hani Furstenberg (Hanna), Ishai Golan (Benjamin), Lenny Ravich (Horrovits), Brynie Furstenberg (Perla), and Alexey Tritenko (Vladimir). Written by Ariel Cohen, The Golem was produced by Shalom Eisenbach as well as Shaked Berenson and Patrick Ewald of Epic Pictures Group.
