Technology Runs Amuck in Trailer for THE DRONE

No doubt there are a ton of new drones taking flight after being gifted to technology hobbyists this Holiday season. For the most part, they provide good, harmless entertainment—but what if a drone ran amuck, like it was possessed or something? That’s the premise of The Drone, the latest feature film from Zombeavers’ mastermind Jordan Rubin. Give the trailer a spin at the top of the article.

Synopsis:
A cornered serial killer transfers his consciousness into a consumer drone, which flies off to terrorize newlyweds Rachel (Alex Essoe) and Chris (John Brotherton). The couple must fight to stop the insidious device before it destroys them both.

The Drone will enjoy its world premiere at the Slamdance Festival Monday, January 28th, 2019 at 10:30 PM at the Ballroom, 255 Main Street, Park City, Summit County, UT 84060. You can pick up tix, HERE.
