Learn How to Make the Dinner From A QUIET PLACE

Something some of you might know about me is that on top of being a horror fan, I’m also really into food and cooking. While I don’t do as much culinary work as I’d like, I still delight in watching videos about interesting recipes, the history of food, and fascinating facts. Hence why I’m subscribed on YouTube to channels like Bon Appétit, Food Wishes, Sorted Food, and more (if you have any suggestions on more channels I should check out, please let me know in the comments!) and watch their new releases religiously.

It’s because of this that I saw Binging With Babish‘s recent episode that tackled a meal from this year’s incredible film A Quiet Place. For those who don’t know, BWB is a channel where host Andrew Rea recreates meals from various TV shows, movies, and more. In some episodes, he even goes a step above and beyond by finding ways to elevate the dish from something plain, generic, or possibly just disgusting, into something not only edible but also delicious. Combine that goal with fantastic video and audio quality along with snappy, to-the-point editing, and you’ve got yourself a YouTube channel that is well deserving of every subscriber he has.

As I mentioned, BWB’s recent episode tackled the dinner scene from A Quiet Place where the family enjoys a lovely meal before things start to go completely to hell. As BWB shows, the meal has a fish cooked on the husks of corn alongside a tomato salad that’s all served on large kale leaves. If you want to recreate the meal from scratch, just watch the above video and surprise your friends and family with something really tasty!
