Cool GHOSTBUSTERS Diorama Wins Stan Winston School’s Facebook Top 10

Stan Winston was an iconic pioneer of practical special effects and the techniques he employed are being passed down to a new generation of filmmakers enrolled at the Stan Winston School. The institution is more than just a college for those who dream of making monsters; they run a website that serves as an archive of their past achievements and an entertaining place to hang out.

They recently held a contest for the best horror-themed diorama with voting held at the Stan Winston School’s official Facebook page. The winner was a cool Ghostbusters-themed assemblage, one that recreates a classic moment from the film. When Dana Barrett (Sigourney Weaver) hears something rumbling in her refrigerator, she soon discovers the problem isn’t mechanical—it’s supernatural!

Give the winning diorama a look-see below. You can see the entire Top 10 over at the Stan Winston School’s official website, HERE.
