Irreverent Horror Comedy YOU MIGHT BE THE KILLER Premieres on Syfy This Saturday!

One of my favorite films from 2018’s Fantastic Fest (which wrapped in Austin, TX late last week) is the irreverent, meta-horror comedy You Might Be the Killer, directed by Brett Simmons from a script he co-scribed with Thomas P. Vitale. Based on the viral Twitter thread between Chuck Wendig and Sam Sykes, the film stars Fran Kranz (The Cabin in the Woods) as Sam, a camp counselor who might just be his own worst nightmare!

Reaching out to his horror fanatic friend Chuck (played by Buffy’s Alyson Hannigan) the duo attempts to unravel a mystery as dead bodies pile up and litter the landscape. If you missed You Might Be the Killer at Fantastic Fest, you won’t have to wait long to see it for yourself; the flick is premiering this Saturday (October 6th) on Syfy at 7 PM PST. Believe me, it’s a roaring good time genre aficionados won’t want to miss!

Synopsis:
A camp counselor suffering from memory loss finds himself in the middle of a horror movie massacre.
