Exclusive MISS LESLIE’S DOLLS Clip Channels a Hypnotic Possession

This Monday sees the Blu-ray and DVD release (digital on October 1) of the 1973 grindhouse horror/thriller Miss Leslie’s Dolls, the first time the film has ever been released on either format. Remastered from original film elements specifically for this release, the home video edition comes from the fine folk over at Network.

We’re lucky enough to have gotten an exclusive clip from the film, which shows off the remastered footage in all its surreal and terrifying glory. A tale of possession and transvestitism, this film must be seen to be believed.

Stranded in the backwoods during a thunderstorm, a beautiful teacher and her three promiscuous students take refuge at a lonely house owned by the middle-aged Miss Leslie. Miss Leslie, however, is less a mild-mannered spinster and more an axe-wielding, homicidal cross-dresser intent on transferring his spirit into the nubile body of any girl foolish enough to come visiting…

Directed by Joseph G. Prieto, who co-wrote the film with Ralph Remy Jr., Miss Leslie’s Dolls stars Salvador Ugarte, Terri Juston, Marcelle Bichette, Kitty Lewis, and Charles Pitts.
