Samara Weaving Snags Lead in Radio Silence’s READY OR NOT

Radio Silence, the directing team behind the final entry in the horror anthology V/H/S, has a new horror flick in the works and today we’ve learned via Variety that the film has snagged its lead.
Yes, the fantastic Samara Weaving (The Babysitter, Ash vs. Evil Dead) has snatched up the lead role of Radio Silence and Fox Searchlight’s upcoming thriller Ready or Not.
We’re not sure just who she will be playing, but judging by the plot synopsis below, I bet she will be playing the young bride. I guess we’ll see soon!

Radio Silence consists of Tyler Gillett and Matt Bettinelli-Olpin. The two will be directing the film from a script by Guy Busick and Ryan Murphy. Tripp Vinson, James Vanderbilt, Bradley Fischer, and William Sherak are producing. Executive producers are Tara Farney, Tracey Nyberg, and Chad Villella. Ready or Not is scheduled to shoot in the fall.
Synopsis:
A young woman is invited on the night of her wedding by her new husband’s rich, eccentric family to participate in a time-honored tradition that turns into a lethal game with everyone fighting for their survival.
