Later this summer we will finally be able to lay our eyes on Shane Black and Fred Dekker’s The Predator. The flick boasts a killer cast, but today we have word that someone has been left on the cutting room floor.
“I’m not in the show though,” Edward James Olmos told /Film. “It was too long so my character, they had to take me out. They were like half an hour, 3/4 of an hour too long. So I understand why. It was gracious of them to call me and tell me, ‘Hey, we really feel bad,’ you know?”

The Predator is directed by Shane Black from a script written by Black and Fred Dekker and stars Boyd Holbrook, Jacob Tremblay, Yvonne Strahovski, Olivia Munn, Keegan-Michael Key, Sterling K. Brown, Trevante Rhodes, Thomas Jane, Augusto Aguilera, Jake Busey, and Edward James Olmos. The film hits theaters nationwide September 14, 2018.
Synopsis:
