Making its East Coast premiere at this year’s Popcorn Frights Film Festival will be Ueda Shinichiro’s One Cut of the Dead, a Japanese horror/comedy that plays with audience expectations and creates a fascinating story that is as gory as it is delightful!
To give you a glimpse into the movie, we’ve got two exclusive stills that each tell of something very different. One shows a director holding a camera gleefully while a zombie swings a wooden stick towards his head. The other shows a woman, clearly terrified, as she covers her mouth while peering around a corner. Something is certainly amiss here…
