A terrifying urban legend becomes real in Tony Wash’s horror-thriller The Rake starring Shenae Grimes-Beech, Rachel Melvin, and Izabella Miko and today we have info about the movie’s upcoming home video release.
The film hits DVD and Digital via Unified Pictures and Sony Pictures Home Entertainment June 5 and you can check out the DVD cover art to the right and the trailer below. Sadly the disc doesn’t come with any special features.

The Rake is directed by Tony Walsh from a script written by Wash and Jeremy Silva and produced by Mike Dozier. It stars Shenae Grimes-Beech, Rachel Melvin, Izabella Miko, Joey Bicicchi, Stephen Brodie, and Joe Nuñez.
It hits DVD and Digital via Unified Pictures and Sony Pictures Home Entertainment June 5.
Synopsis:
At a young age, Ashley and Ben witnessed the brutal murder of their parents. Years later, Ashley is still convinced it wasn’t someone, but something that killed her parents and now she’s tormented by the thought of The Rake returning for her and her family. Is Ashley traumatized, or is the creature inside her real?
