Exclusive: Us and Them Clips Mix Water and Fire in Torturous Ways

Yesterday, the crime thriller Us and Them hit VOD platforms and we want to make sure this film is set firmly on your radar. The directorial debut of Joe Martin, the film stars Jack Roth (son of Tim) as a working class gent who decides to begin a revolution. In order to light a massive fire and unleash a tidal wave of low-income dissent, the powder keg needs to be ignited, which is why he takes a rich family hostage and sets about torturing them throughout a night of terror.
We’ve got our hands on two clips from the film for you to check out. The first shows Jack’s “Danny” using drowning as a means of intimidation against Conrad (Tim Bentinck). The second clip shows him moving from water to fire as he douses Conrad’s wife (Carolyn Backhouse) in petrol and pulling out a lighter. The suggestion is unmistakeable and the horror and fear is palpable.
