Super 8 Soundbites: Elle Fanning Talks Father/Daughter Relationships and More

In this second part of our Super 8 soundbites series, we bring you Dakota Fanning’s little sister, Elle. After being teased relentless by the studio over the past year (including this recent extended Super 8 clip), we are only days away from its premiere this Friday, June 10th.

In the two soundbite videos below, Elle Fanning talks about what attracted her to Super 8 and how she got the part. She also elaborates on the dynamics between her character, Alice, and her dad, played by Ron Eldard, as well as how Joe (Joel Courtney) and Alice bond in the movie because of the difficulties of their mutual father/child relationships in the story.
Elle also explains more about the movie within the movie and how the various characters react to the train crash.
