Cameras Rolling on American Poltergeist: The Curse of Lilith Ratchet

When it comes to the indie horror scene, one actor who particularly has our attention is Roger Conners. The star of such films as Chill: The Killing Games and Descending has just started shooting American Poltergeist: The Curse of Lilith Ratchet, which is being directed by Eddie Lengyel, who previously worked with Conners on Lady Krampus and Voodoo Rising.

American Poltergeist: The Curse of Lilith Ratchet serves as the latest installment in the American Poltergeist series and also stars Katelynn Newberry, Angela Cole, Rob Jaeger, George Tutie, and Crissy Kolarik as the eponymous Lilith Ratchet.

Conners is also currently hard at work on completing his directional debut, Night of the Living Dead: Rebirth, and will also soon be seen in the upcoming movies Fighting the Sky, The Colours of Desire, and The Wolf Family Treasure, all of which are being directed by his frequent collaborator Conrad Faraj.

Fright Teck Pictures’ American Poltergeist: The Curse of Lilith Ratchet is the next installment in the popular American Poltergeist series, which is currently available on Netflix. The film is produced by ITN Distribution and directed by Eddie Lengyel. Eddie’s previous titles include Hellweek, Voodoo Rising, Scarred, and the soon to be released Naughty List.

The film stars Katelynn Newberry (Descending, The Wolf Family Treasure, Virgin Forest), Rob Jaeger (Hellweek), Roger Conners (Chill: The Killing Games, Hellementary: An Education in Death, Night of the Living Dead: Rebirth), Angela Cole (Fighting the Sky), Brianna Burke (The Wind Is Watching, Colony 52), George Tutie (The Rapture, Revenge of the Spaceman), and Crissy Kolarik as Lilith Ratchet.

Production began Sunday, August 6th, and will go through the end of the month. The film is described as a supernatural horror/thriller in the style of The Ring and It Follows. The story revolves around the discovery of a mysterious shrunken head that leads to the sudden death of anyone who encounters it.
