The Vault Trailer Confirms that Burglary Is a Deadly Crime

The Vault is a film that flew COMPLETELY under the radar for me until we got this new trailer, and now I’m actually rather intrigued. Considering the film features James Franco and Francesca Eastwood (who is the lead in this year’s M.F.A. (review)), I’m amazed that I’ve only just now been made aware of it.
The gist of the film is that two sisters need to rob a bank to get money for their brother. However, things go wrong in a possibly supernatural manner…
Directed by Dan Bush (The Signal), The Vault stars James Franco, Taryn Manning, Francesca Eastwood, and Scott Haze. It arrives in select theaters and On Demand on September 1, 2017.
Synopsis:
Two estranged sisters are forced to rob a bank in order to save their brother. The heist begins smoothly, but mayhem ensues when the defiant bank manager sends them to a basement-level vault—home to something truly evil.
