Today it’s time to dive into a new featurette for The Dark Tower, entitled “Magnum Opus.” This ambitious and expansive story from Stephen King, one of the world’s most celebrated authors, makes its launch to the big screen on August 4th; and this vignette from Sony Pictures will help get you ready for it!
Idris Elba, Matthew McConaughey, Tom Taylor, Claudia Kim, Fran Kranz, Abbey Lee, and Jackie Earle Haley star in The Dark Tower, which is directed by Nikolaj Arcel. The screenplay by Akiva Goldsman & Jeff Pinkner and Anders Thomas Jensen & Nikolaj Arcel was based on the series of novels by Stephen King. The film was produced by Akiva Goldsman, Ron Howard, and Erica Huggins with executive producers G. Mac Brown and Jeff Pinkner.
