Prices Announced For Atari 2600 and Sega Genesis Consoles

A couple of days ago, I posted a story about AtGames upcoming Atari 2600 and Sega Genesis Flashback consoles, which are updated versions of their former selves that include HDMI outputs, built-in games, and other fun features. Today, the price for these consoles has been revealed at a svelte $79.99. Additionally, the portable units (pictures below), will be even less, running only $59.99. Considering how many games are built into those units, that’s a steal, especially when you realize that a single AAA title these days costs the same.
Pre-orders for the Atari Flashback 8 Gold and Sega Genesis Flashback will be available via the websites of major retailers including Target, Best Buy and GameStop starting on July 28. More information can be found at AtGames’ website.
