Early Details, Videos, and Concept Art for New Indie Feature Zombie Alley

Producer Mark Lawyer of Red Star Entertainment Productions dropped us a line today with a ton of info on the company’s upcoming Zombie Alley, including posters, videos, concept art, and a synopsis. Dig it!
The director, Niko Red Star, is a veteran in the genre, and Phil Nichols of Facades FX will be providing the final stage makeup of “Momma” and “Greasy Earl”, the film’s main monsters. Cast members include Melanie Haynes, Billy Blair, and Stephanie Rhodes.
Synopsis:
A meteor falls from outer space, and Momma (the moo-moo wearing, shotgun toting, brains of the operation) and Greasy Earl (her deadbeat mechanic son) find the rock, discover it has highly addictive properties, take it back to their auto body shop, and make white trash meth out of it, which starts a zombie apocalypse.
This fun horror/comedy follows a struggling rock band as they wrestle with drugs, sex, rock and roll…and a unique twist on zombies and the monster genre as the mutated Momma, Earl, and their “Juicehead” lackeys ravage the town and spread the infection in an attempt to build their Evil Auto Empire.
The filmmakers are gearing up to commence principal photography on May 21st in Garland, Texas, so expect lots more in the coming weeks. In the meantime check out the goods below and on the official Zombie Alley Facebook page.
