The first trailer for Johnny Gruesome has arrived and it’s full of ghosts, slaughter, and revenge! The film is based on a 2007 novel by Gregory Lamberson, which itself was based on a script he wrote back in 1984.
The basic concept is that a young man is killed and then comes back from the grave to exact revenge upon those who wronged him.
Starring Anthony De La Torre (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales) and written/directed by Gregory Lamberson, the film will come out once it’s found distribution.
Synopsis:
In the village of Red Hill, high school student Eric Carter (Byron Brown II) suspects his murdered best friend Johnny Grissom (Anthony De La Torre) has returned from the grave to exact revenge upon his enemies.
