New Alien: Covenant TV Spot Hints at Dr. Shaw’s Return

A new TV spot for Ridley Scott’s upcoming sci-fi/horror film Alien: Covenant has been released and it teases the return of Noomi Rapace’s Prometheus character Dr. Elizabeth Shaw. Please note that we don’t actually see Rapace, just her dog tag. I have a feeling there’s going to be something similar to Guy Pearce’s character arc from Prometheus, which is why we aren’t seeing anything of Shaw.

Michael Fassbender, Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup, Danny McBride, Demián Bichir, Carmen Ejogo, Amy Seimetz, Jussie Smollett, Callie Hernandez, Nathaniel Dean, Alexander England, and Benjamin Rigby star in Alien: Covenant. Ridley Scott directed the film, which was written by John Logan and Dante Harper based on a story by Jack Paglen and Michael Green.
Look for Alien: Covenant everywhere on May 19th.
Synopsis:
Ridley Scott returns to the universe he created, with ALIEN: COVENANT, a new chapter in his groundbreaking ALIEN franchise. The crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, discovers what they think is an uncharted paradise but is actually a dark, dangerous world.
