Get Ready to Scream for a New Documentary

Born in the 1990’s, Wes Craven’s Scream franchise has become a horror staple. Just in time for the fourth film in the series to come our way, a new documentary has been cooking steadily to take us behind-the-scenes and outline what all the screaming is about!
According to Bloody Disgusting Anthony Masi, the man who brought us His Name Was Jason and the upcoming Hellraiser documentary, and Ryan Turek have been hard at work since March to deliver fans a definitive look at the Scream franchise.
“This documentary will include rare archival footage, never-before-seen photos, new on-set stories, and will reveal the entire success of Scream from its inception right up to the new movie,” Masi tells BD.
Look for the doc’s release to coincide with Scream 4, in theaters April 15. Turek, also known as Ryan Rotten, editor-in-chief of Shock Till You Drop, wrote and directed both the Hellraiser and Scream docs.
