One of the main bits of cool that took place at the Spike TV 2010 Scream Awards was the debut of the trailer for Wes Craven’s Scream 4, and thanks to an over-zealous fan you can check it out now via the wonder of the bootleg! See it while you can!
Updated:Another bootleg showed up with a different angle but the bonus is the pre-trailer presenting duties by Wes Craven, Neve Campbell, David Arquette and Emma Roberts. Dig It!
Scream 4 stars Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Britt Robertson, Emma Roberts, Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin, Nico Tortorella, Mary McDonnell, Anthony Anderson, Aimee Teegarden, and Marielle Jaffe with confirmed cameos by Anna Paquin, Kristen Bell, Shenae Grimes and Lucy Hale.

Scream 4 Synopsis
The horror series that reignited the genre and grossed more than $500 million worldwide is back! From Kevin Williamson, creator of the original Scream trilogy, the new film sees the return of cast members Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox, and David Arquette along with a group of new stars, who can all hopefully stay alive long enough to figure out the new rules to this one-of-a-kind horror franchise!
