Exclusive First Look: Brett Mullen’s Fantasma
It’s that magical time of the year again, which means all sorts of spooky will be permeating your computer screens all day before you go trick or treating! Next up are an exclusive trailer premiere and several stills from Brett Mullen’s latest terror tale, Fantasma.
Mullen’s film brings an homage to films like Dario Argento’s Suspiria and Deep Red while captivating a 70’s style Italian gore as in Lucio Fulci films.
Caroline Williams (Texas Chainsaw Massacre Part 2, Rob Zombie’s Halloween II, Hatchet III), Debbie Rochon (Santa Claws, Tromeo & Juliet), Brett Wagner (The Crazies), Rob Springer (Bombshell Bloodbath), Shane Terry, and Kendra Carelli star.
Fantasma, directed by Brett Mullen (Bombshell Bloodbath) and Matt Cloude (Night of the Living Dead: Genesis) features FX by Joh Harp FX and music by Umberto and Nightstop.
The movie is slated to be completed in January 2017 and will hit the market for distribution.
Synopsis:
When a beautiful ballerina dancer, Adriana Mena (Kendra Carelli), lands the lead role in the upcoming Nutcracker performance, she’s forced to face her demons as jealousy and tension begin to provoke the supernatural.
