New Lucifer Season 2 Promo Wonders: Who Escaped Hell?

Although the new promo for Season 2 of Fox’s more-fun-than-it-has-any-right-to-be series “Lucifer” poses the question “Who escaped Hell?,” fans of the show are well aware that it’s the devil’s mom (portrayed by Tricia Helfer) who is the most recent escapee from the Underworld. “Lucifer’s” sophomore season kicks off on September 19th, but first, on Sunday, September 18th, from 7:00-7:30 PM ET/PT, the network is airing the “Fox Fall Preview Special,” a half-hour sneak peek offering viewers an in-depth look at the biggest premieres of the year, including “The Exorcist,” and the return of Fox favorites like “Lucifer,” “Scream Queens,” and “Gotham,” which appears to be going extra-dark this year.
“Lucifer” stars Tom Ellis, DB Woodside, Lauren German, Rachael Harris, Lesley-Ann Brandt, and Kevin Alejandro. In addition to Helfer as Charlotte (pictured below with her two loving sons), Aimee Garcia has also signed on for Season 2 as Ella Lopez.
