I don’t really get this as it seems redundant to walk someone through an already decorated haunt and then slap a virtual reality rig to to their heads and bring them into a world inside of the world, but we do know this… the people behind Halloween Horror Nights are mad geniuses, and I’ll give anything they come up with a shot!

Tickets are now on sale for Universal Orlando Resorts’ new cutting-edge — and terrifying — horror-themed virtual reality experience. The Repository, which blends custom virtual reality technology with real-life characters and environments, will be available to guests during select Halloween Horror Nights events, beginning September 29 and running through October 31.
The Repository is an exclusive, limited-time attraction with an entirely unique storyline that will pave the way for even more brand new, best-in-class experiences across Universal Orlando Resort. Throughout this extended, heart-pounding adventure, guests will explore highly thematic physical environments and interact with real-life characters – all while working in small teams to solve a dark mystery unfolding before them.
This highly interactive horror experience can be purchased for $49.99 plus tax, per person, by calling 407-224-7840. Halloween Horror Nights admission is also required.
WARNING: This is an intense experience not recommended for thrill seekers younger than 13 years old.
