Get Your First Look at Marilyn Manson in Salem Season 3; Premiere Date Revealed!
There are few horror TV shows we love more than WGN America’s “Salem” so we’re anxiously awaiting the arrival of its third season this fall. If you are, too, here’s an early look at guest star Marilyn Manson along with a new teaser trailer and the Season 3 premiere date!
From the Press Release:
WGN America announced today that the highly anticipated Season 3 of its spellbinding original drama series “Salem” will premiere Halloween week, Wednesday, November 2nd.
The network also revealed a first-look photo of this season’s guest star, legendary artist Marilyn Manson, along with a bloody and chilling teaser trailer featuring Manson, who portrays “Thomas Dinley,” a barber and surgeon who is the go-to man in Salem for everything from a shave and a haircut to being leeched, bled, sliced open, or sewn up.
The third season of “Salem” dawns with the triumph of the witches’ plan to remake the New World by bringing the devil to earth and making Salem his capital. But the devil is a liar, and instead of a New World free from murderous Puritan hypocrisy, his own plan will bring nothing but death and slavery with the ultimate aim of leading humanity to destroy itself. And there’s only one person on earth who can beat the devil — the very witch that birthed him, his mother, Mary Sibley. The only problem is—she’s dead. Or is she?
“Salem” stars Janet Montgomery as Mary Sibley, Shane West as Captain John Alden, Seth Gabel as Cotton Mather, Ashley Madekwe as Tituba, Tamzin Merchant as Anne Hale, Elise Eberle as Mercy Lewis, Iddo Goldberg as Isaac Walton, Joe Doyle as Baron Sebastian Marburg, and Oliver Bell as Mary’s son. Renowned recording artist Marilyn Manson guest stars as Thomas Dinley; also new this season is Samuel Roukin as The Sentinel.
Created and written by Brannon Braga and Adam Simon, “Salem” is executive produced by Braga, Simon, Kelly Souders, Brian Peterson, and The Firm’s Jeff Kwatinetz and Josh Barry. The series is produced by Fox 21 Television Studios.
