More Casting News: The Walking Dead
And more casting news has come shambling in for Frank Darabont’s adaptation of the Robert Kirkman zombie epic The Walking Dead. In fact two more characters have been revealed … ready to take a bite out of the latest news?
According to The Walking Dead Podcast both Linds Edwards (Seed) and Jim Coleman (American Gangster) are heading to Atlanta to be a part of the undead carnage. Edwards is playing “Leon Basset” while Coleman will be playing a new character, “Lambert (Lam) Kendal.”
The Walking Dead is based on Robert Kirkman’s popular comic series. It chronicles the months and years following a zombie apocalypse. Frank Darabont is the project’s writer, sometimes director, and exec producer with Gale Anne Hurd and David Alpert also exec producing. KNB will be handling the effects, and Jon Bernthal, Jeffrey DeMunn, Sarah Wayne Callies, Laurie Holden, Chandler Riggs, Steven Yeun, Michael Rooker, and Andrew Lincoln are all set to star.
