Exclusive Baskin Clip Rains Hell Down on the UK

Whilst writer-director Can Evrenol’s trapdoor to Hell, Baskin (review), was unleashed on US audiences last March, it’s taken a tad longer getting over to the UK but is all set to finally release this Friday, July 15th, in cinemas and On Demand.

Baskin means “police raid” or “sudden attack” in Turkish and follows a five-man police squad who receive a highly irregular call requesting backup in a nearby village. Upon arriving at a seemingly abandoned house, they split up to explore the premises and begin experiencing their own personal nightmares.

Having caught this satanic shocker at last year’s Sitges International Film Festival, it’s one I heartily recommend.

In the countdown to the release, Dread has this exclusive taster of Evrenol’s 20 different flavors of Hell.
