Paramount to Get Fun Size
Trick or treating has long been a Halloween tradition, and the beauty of the yearly holiday in general is that it can be hilarious, spooky, and fun all at the same time. And that’s exactly what Paramount in banking on for its new upcoming look at All Saints Day, Fun Size.
According to The Hollywood Reporter Paramount has picked up Fun Size, a comedy spec from “The Colbert Report” writer Max Werner that is being described as a cross between Superbad and Adventures in Babysitting that is set on Halloween.
“I grew up on John Hughes films and miss those great character-based comedies that make you feel something. ‘Fun Size’ is about real characters who are smart, funny, and a little bit offbeat,” says Werner of the project.
We don’t know exactly how much horror will be making it in with the comedy just yet so this may be the last you hear of the movie around these parts, but we’ll keep our ears to the ground for you.
