First Look at Katherine Waterston in Alien: Covenant
If the first official photo from Alien: Covenant is any indication, Ridley Scott is going full Alien with this one and star Katherine Waterston is playing a heroine that will give franchise badass Ellen Ripley a run for her money. Perhaps we’re reading too much into this behind-the-scenes shot, but take a look for yourself and you’ll see what we mean.

The cast also includes Michael Fassbender, Billy Crudup, Benjamin Rigby, Demian Bichir, Danny McBride, Jussie Smollett, Amy Seimetz, Carmen Ejogo, and Callie Hernandez.
Specific plot details for the new film are being closely guarded; but it is believed to follow the crew of the colony ship Covenant, bound for a remote planet, who discover what they believe is an uncharted paradise but is, in fact, a dark, dangerous world, the only inhabitant of which is David (Fassbender), the “synthetic” and survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition.
