Horror films set on or around Christmas are kind of my favorite, and over the years a surprising number of exceptional movies have been born into that sub-genre. Set to premiere at this June’s Sydney Film Festival, Craig Anderson’s Red Christmas starring Dee Wallace will deck the halls with chunks of bodies, and we’ve got the teaser for ya today. Enjoy!
Written and directed by Anderson, the film also stars Geoff Morrell and Sarah Bishop.
Synopsis:
A troubled matriarch must defend her family when a mysterious stranger turns up at her secluded country mansion on Christmas Day. A day of celebration becomes a night of terror as the stranger reveals a secret from the family’s past and threatens to destroy their future.
