Emilia Clarke Wants No Part of Future Terminator Films

There’s simply no denying that the continuity of the Terminator franchise is a total mess at this point, and last year’s Terminator: Genisys served as little more than a reminder of that fact. At this very moment, it’s hard to tell what’s going on with the series, but Skydance recently promised that it will some day be back.
As for Genisys star Emilia Clarke, she wants no part of it.
“No,” Clarke definitively told the website Coming Soon when they asked if she might again play Sarah Connor in future Terminator sequels. “Can I say that? It’s okay. No. Uh-uh. But I have some very different roles coming up.”
Time to wipe the slate clean and start telling a brand new story? Yeah. That sounds like a real good idea.
